RULES FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION AND
PRESENTATION |

Please read carefully the instructions to
prepare your abstract |

Deadline for abstracts submission: 18th
april 2008.
-
Language: English or Spanish (choose
one only).
-
Títle: 15 words maximum,
blockletters and bold.
-
Authors:
Include first and last name. Presenting author must be registered
in the Congress before 20th June 2008, and his(her) name must be
underlined in the abstract submitted.
-
The
Abstract cannot be longer than 400 words written in one of the
official languages of the congress (English or Spanish).
Abstracts exceeding the page limit will not be accepted. Not
include figures, pictures or tables..
-
Select
the
Topic more appropiate for your paper but
the Scientific Committee will have the final decision about the
topic.

Submit
your abstract by email to
cimo2008@fundacionmovilidad.es
(attach the
abstract template full filled and dont' forget include the
presenting author contact details: first and last name, full
postal address, telephone, fax and email).

After
abstract submission you will receive by email an acknowledge
good receipt, and then the results of your abstract(s).
-
All papers
accepted will be presented as Oral Presentation.

ABSTRACT RECEPTION AND ACCEPTANCE |
All abstract will receive an acknowledge good receipt, If you do
not receive a confirmation email that your abstract was
successfully uploaded, please contact the Technical Secretariat
cimo2008@fundacionmovilidad.es.
Abstract acceptation will be communicated to the authors no
later than 20th May 2008 and they will receive detailed
instructions to send you full papers.
The presenting author will be required to register for the
Congress in order to ensure their abstract(s) and full paper(s)
is/are included in the Final Program and Congress Proceedings.
Deadline for author registration is 20th June 2008.
